HEALTHCARE DESIGN.09 adds a construction and engineering track

by Rebecca Walker — July 13, 2009—Vendome Group, publishers of HEALTHCARE DESIGN and Healthcare Building Ideas magazines, and The Center for Health Design (CHD), a nonprofit research, education, and advocacy organization, is pleased to announce the development of a two-day educational track for HEALTHCARE DESIGN.09 that will focus on the building science, management, and engineering technologies of healthcare facilities.

The new track will highlight the integration of healthcare design, construction, and facility teams, with nine sessions presenting key information from the perspective of those responsible for the construction and engineering of healthcare facilities.

Topics of the new construction and engineering sessions are:
