by AF 1215 f5 — December 18, 2009—Keres Consulting, Inc., has received federal contract awards totaling more than $1.3 million. In the last four months, Keres was awarded contracts by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T), and Indian Health Service (IHS).
Keres is a Native American-owned general management consulting firm with specialized expertise in asset management, energy and the environment, and communication and technology, according to the announcement.
GSA has executed a task order of approximately $620,000 with Keres to provide real property consulting support. Keres will provide support for the direction and oversight of GSA’s programs related to asset management, utilization, and disposal of excess and surplus federal real property on a government-wide basis.
Keres will also support DHS S&T with a $250,000 contract to provide professional real property support services. Keres will be responsible for auditing DHS real property data, and for Property, Plant and Equipment Reporting and Validation, which encompasses quarterly reporting recommendations for processes and standards, and refining S&T standards including policies, methodologies and reporting protocols.
Under a separate award from the Oklahoma City Area IHS, Keres will conduct Facility Condition Surveys to more than 90 health clinics and hospitals located in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
