MegaStar offers local service, maintenance support for storage/retrieval systems

October 12, 2001—Factory trained and certified service and maintenance programs from MegaStar Systems help automated storage and retrieval system users reduce the overall cost of system ownership by assuring maximum uptime and efficient operation. A nationwide network of 55 MegaStar Systems service centers is staffed with factory-trained technicians to meet local service and maintenance needs. Services include spare parts, a 24-hour service support program, and extended warranty programs.
