by AF 0621 k3 — June 25, 2010—DIRTT: Doing It Right This Time is a philosophy that the company says it brings to its product lines. DIRTT refers to creating responsible, sustainable and unique workspaces through the companys Agile Architectural Solutions. Movable walls and access floors allow complete self-expression and individual function, providing a productive, long-term, flexible asset.

DIRTT walls are pre-engineered and pre-manufactured. They horizontally support new and legacy furniture and storage. They virtually eliminate construction waste and any future renovation waste since they require no demolition, dumping, procuring and rebuilding. DIRTT Agile system was unveiled in June, in the company’s Chicago showroom at The Merchandise Mart during NeoCon World’s Trade Fair.

DIRTT also says that the first two Rs of environmental stewardship, Reduce and Reuse, are the most effective. The third R—Recycle—should be the last resort.
