by Brianna Crandall — January 30, 2015—HVACR component manufacturer Sanhua International introduced several new system components to the North American heating/ventilation/air-conditioning/refrigeration (HVACR) market at the 2015 AHR Expo this week in Chicago.
Commercial air conditioning
For commercial air conditioning, Sanhua introduced the SHF350/420 series of large single body four-way heat pump reversing valves and the VPF series of commercial electronic expansion valves (EEV). The SHF350/420 series applies new “dual flow channel” technology to reduce the pressure drop by 25 percent and significantly improve system efficiency. This is the only valve that received an award for product innovation at CRH 2014, says Sanhua.
The VPF series EEV features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel body with steel/copper bimetal connections for easy brazing. Together with the complementary controller and the new YCQ series pressure transmitter, the VPF is able to precisely control superheat within 1K and allows for MSS or fixed superheat control.
Commercial refrigeration
For commercial refrigeration, Sanhua introduced several new products including the HDF series piston-type solenoid valve, XHB series water circulating pump, YTF condenser pressure regulator, HTG replaceable core filter drier, and a family of dual/single pressure switches.
The HDF series solenoid valves are engineered to provide superior corrosion and temperature resistance as well as a unique click on solenoid coil. The XHB circulating pump uses an energy-efficient motor and features high flexibility with low sensitivity to normal water impurities.
Founded as an Ohio corporation in May 2002, Sanhua International is the North American subsidiary of Zhejiang Sanhua Co., Ltd. The company employs more than 12,000 people worldwide, with 14 manufacturing facilities and 22 sales offices. Sanhua says it is committed to working with world-class HVACR manufacturers to develop innovative, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient solutions for a more comfortable environment.
