Burgess Group specializes in the design and delivery of comprehensive Medicare-based software, consulting and education products and services.
The contemporary, open design will feature executive suites, collaboration and teamwork areas, and an open plan design studio for the company’s Medicare software development team. Low paneled workstations and teaming tables will provide staff members with unobstructed views and maximize daylighting into the space, says SmithGroup. A custom designed reception desk, workstations, and exposed steel structure at the open studio area will convey the company’s forward thinking brand and technology. Slate and reclaimed wood flooring, both locally sourced, will contrast the modern industrial ambience and help fulfill the company’s mission of occupying a highly sustainable space.
Burgess Group is targeting LEED CI (Commercial lnteriors) Gold. SmithGroup is providing interior design, full MEP support, and complete furniture services, as well as coordinating the LEED submission.
