The 10,000-square-foot facility allows Tennant Company to focus more aggressively on its coatings business, which reportedly offers one of the industry’s widest ranges of floor coatings solutions for industrial and commercial settings.
According to Tennant, a full 7,000 square feet of the Coatings Technical Center is dedicated to product testing on a variety of substrates, including concrete, VCT and terrazzo. In addition, the facility includes a dust-free sample production room, a technologically advanced conference room, and office space.
Tennant’s Coatings Technical Center is located two miles from Tennant Company’s Minneapolis headquarters. The company has manufacturing operations in Minneapolis, MN; Holland, MI; Uden, The Netherlands; Northampton and Falkirk, United Kingdom; Sao Paulo, Brazil; and Shanghai, China, and sells products directly in 15 countries and through distributors in more than 80 countries.
