With the new offering, Yardi Advanced Maintenance, users can schedule, track and manage all preventative, routine and emergency maintenance from desktops or mobile devices. Designed to increase property managers’ productivity, the software automatically tracks and records technicians’ maintenance actions in Yardi Voyager, eliminating labor and potential errors associated with duplicate data entry. Additional features include a location tracker that facilitates rapid responses to emergency maintenance requests by helping managers match technicians in the field with assets needing attention.
Yardi Advanced Maintenance includes Maintenance Manager Mobile, which enables maintenance managers to easily track technician location and status, dispatch work orders, and monitor productivity from an Android tablet or iPad. With this mobile capability, technicians receive their work orders much faster, resulting in more rapid responses, and personnel resources are maximized, says Yardi.
According to the company, clients that adopt Yardi Advanced Maintenance receive additional products for managing assets at no extra cost, including Yardi Inspection, Yardi Fixed Assets and Yardi Inventory Control. These solutions combine with Yardi Advanced Maintenance to create a fully integrated solution for preventing equipment breakdowns and providing physical and financial control of assets from acquisition to final disposition.
